Using Neal’s Yard’s nourishing aromatherapy oils, this gentle massage focuses on relieving common pregnancy discomforts such as muscle aches, tension, and fatigue, with special care given to the shoulders, lower back, and legs.
The massage includes the arms, hands, feet, neck, back, and legs, with you comfortably positioned on your side and supported by soft pillows to ensure both your comfort and your baby’s safety.
Pregnancy massage has been shown to bring powerful benefits to both mother and baby, promoting relaxation, improving circulation, and helping you feel more connected and at ease.
