Then why not join Jayne (little Lotus) and myself at our monthly drumming circle, we will be using shamanic drums but we will not be following a true shaman path whilst drumming, this circle is to draw like minded woman together to learn techniques of drumming in a light hearted environment to allow us all time to just be empowered by the sound/beat of the drum, moving us to a meditative state within our minds to welcome inner peace and calm, a time to rebuild, heal and most importantly time to just breathe. Drumming induces deep relaxation, and reduces stress, can support lowering blood pressure and provide a source of healing. Our vision is to join together a circle of women who empower and support each other through the power of sound.
