Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you.

Please give at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
This allows me to offer your space to another woman who may be waiting.

Late cancellations or no-shows require full payment, as treatments cannot be filled at short notice.

if you’re unwell or have an emergency, please message me and we’ll find the most supportive solution.

Terms & Conditions

All bookings are completed by either yourself or Sanctuary Within on the Fresha booking system.
Treatments are strictly for women only.
Arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your treatment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months unless otherwise stated.
All content, meditations, rituals, workbooks, retreats and written material are the intellectual property of Sanctuary Within and cannot be copied, re-used, or reproduced without permission.
